We activate all hosting accounts immediately after we receive payment, but in some cases there may be a short delay (1-2 minutes) whilst our system registers your transaction. If your order has been paid for, but for some reason you do not receive the sign up email within one hour of placing your order, then please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
We accept PayPal, and you can pay via Credit or Debit card if you aren't registered. We also offer eCheck as a payment option, but please contact us prior to using this payment method.
If you're unhappy with the quality of service which we have provided to you within your first 30 days with us, then simply submit a ticket, and we'll review your claim. If we believe that we have not provided a service to your level of expectation, then we will happily refund the amount you paid, excluding the cost of any domains which you may have purchased.

Whilst our live chat system is limited to a few available trained agents and may not be available around the clock, our support ticketing system is. Once you've submitted a ticket, one of our trained agents will handle your request and assist you in under 30 minutes on average. Whilst some hosts say that their support ticketing system is 24x7 when it isn't, ours really is - so, no matter what happens, day or night you'll be covered.
We chose to use a ticketing system and live chat instead of traditional 'phone in support' because it enables us to manage multiple client communications at once and refer to previous messages. We use real dedicated servers which pack the punch that your site deserves. All of our machines have an absolute minimum of 4GB RAM, quad core processors, hardware RAID-1, SATA hard disks and 100mbps connectivity. They're even backed up from our Chicago data center to a facility in Atlanta every two hours. On top of that, we use Ksplice on all of our servers to ensure that kernels can be upgraded without requiring a reboot - thus reducing the potential for any planned maintainence, giving you a better uptime record.
